  • 2 cupsjowar flour
  • Halfcup wheat flour
  • 1 cupdeseeded dates
  • 1 cupdry fruits fried
  • 1 cupjaggery crushed
  • 2 tablespoondried coconut
  • 1 cupDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast both the flours together

    Roasting flour needs alot of time and the ladoos with taste good if roasted well

    Fry dry fruits and crush

    Roast dry coconut and crush

    Remove seeds from dates and crush them

    Now mix all the things together

    Add crushed jaggery and Desi ghee
