Wash and diced your onion, scotch bonnet,green pepper according to your desire shape and size.

Diced and wash your sweet potato.set pan on fire and pour oil into the pan to be hot

If the oil is hot,pour out the water(the one on sweet potato) spread salt turn it anti clockwise and pour into the hot oil to be fry

In a bowl crack your egg,pour the above diced veggies add maggi stir then fry
