Grind the cashews, in batches, make sure the grinder isnt hot else cashews will release the fat.use a fine seive to make sure you get a fine powder only.

Add in the milk powder and mix well.

Add sugar water and cardomom powder in a wok, make the sugar syrup, switch off the flame right before the complete one string consistency.

Add in the cashew powder.stirr well.cook on medium flame

Once you feel mixture is coming together, take it out on avflat surface or plate to cooldown a bit.transfer it to a cellophane sheet or butterpaper,add the ghee and knead it until smooth.

Roll in roughly rectangular shape with thickness as you desire for.

Cut diagonally. Store in an airtight container. ENJOY
