First grate Lauki with the help of grater and set a side

In sauce pan add ghee and melt it.Now add grated bottle gourd (Lauki) Cardamom powder and mix well and cook for 2 minutes

Add milk, mix well and bring it to boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Add sugar,mix well and cook until on low flame for 20 minutes and keep mixing in between.

Now add khoya, sliced pistachio, almond and mix it and cook for 4 minutes

Delicious Lauki ki kheer is ready
