At first,take flour,salt,baking soda and powder with carom seeds,ghee,oil and semolina.

Mix all of them very well by using hand.

Then,use water and make a soft dough and rest it for20min

Next,take the dough and roll by a rolling pin about 1sentimeter.

Take a cutter and cut pieces like kaju from edges of roll and the rest part will roll again

Then,take oil and tempt it and fry them in medium to low flame.

Flip them and fry till golden brown

After fry take it in a pot and make a mix masala by salt and all masala powder and spread it in fried kajus and serve to guest.
