Ingredients

  1. 2ltrs milk
  2. 1 tspvanilla essence
  3. 150 mlsplain yoghurt
  4. 6 tbssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk and remove the top cream

  2. 2

    Let it cool until it is Luke warm

  3. 3

    Add in the plain yogurt and stir well

  4. 4

    Put it in an air tight container and cover with a heavy cloth and place it in a dark place for 12hrs

  5. 5

    Add 6tbs of sugar and 1tsp of vanilla essence

  6. 6

    Leave for 4hrs then serve with any snack
