Green banana bhajia
Steps

Peel, wash and chop the bananas into thin circles. Place in a bowl of water mixed with a tbsp of vinegar.

In another bowl, make the paste by mixing the flour, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper with water until to a thick paste.

Pat the sliced banana pieces dry on a paper towel. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, turmeric powder and smoked paprika

Dip them in the batter and allow them to coat evenly.

Dip them in medium hihh heated oil and allow them to cook till they float before flipping the other side to cook too. Remove and place them in an underlined container

Serve with your desired sauce and enjoy.
