It’s a Italian inspired dessert usually it’s prepared with brewed strong coffee & gelato vanilla ice cream also served in Starbucks now as Frappuccino this is much delicious & rich in this version of caramel so I am loving it ...!

I usually prepare instant caramel @ home with sweetened condensed milk so add in two tablespoons of condensed milk & microwave it in intervals till it’s brown like caramel it takes around 3-4 minutes set aside

Now prepare brewed coffee with 1/2 cup water further for garnishing I added chocolate shavings and gelato vanilla ice cream scoops

Now take a glass add caramel & scoops of vanilla ice cream then pop brewed coffee while it’s slightly warm then garnish it with chocolate shavings & serve immediately
