I've been having these chilled Chinese noodles since I was little.

Boil the Chinese noodles for 2-3 minutes. Rinse them off and set aside. Cut all of the vegetables and meat into strips. Boil the bean sprouts. Mix a pinch of salt into the egg and make a thin omelet crepe, then julienne.

Make the sauce. Place all of the ★ ingredients into a pot and turn on the heat. When the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat.

Arrange the Chinese noodles on a plate and top with the vegetables, egg, and roast pork. Pour over the sauce and it's done. You can optionally add Japanese mustard.
