As the covid cases rise, preventing, keeping hygiene, and having a clean life is the best solution. Please don't panic or paranoid because it will affect our psychology and mental, causing our frail body.
Consume healthy food and drinks, eat more fruits and vegetables to boost our immune body, have a good rest, and drinks vitamin supplements if needed.
Let's have healthy drinks, "Herbal Tea," homemade instead of having fizzy drinks or unhealthy drinks. This time I would like to share the herbal tea recipe: easy, fast, simple, and healthy. To soothe your throat, to warm your body, and keeping you far from cold in the winter.
In this recipe, I expand from the original tea served by my best friend when we were in Islamabad. She made the herbal tea from three ingredients only, lemongrass, ginger, and lime leaves. But after a few trials, my savor and family match the last recipes I share with you today. Add or take some ingredients if you don't like it.

Preparation:
Wash the lemongrass, mint, and ginger. Cut the lemongrass into three parts. Same things as ginger, slice it into four or five slices and smash it with the knife./Cuci serai, mint, dan jahe. Potong serai menjadi tiga bagian. Sama halnya dengan jahe, iris menjadi empat atau lima irisan dan hancurkan dengan pisau. - 2
Prepare the boiling pan, put ginger, lemongrass, three stems of mint leaves, and the ingredients except for the lemon./Siapkan panci perebus, masukkan jahe, serai, tiga batang daun mint, dan bahan kecuali lemon.

Add four cups of water and boil it for twenty minutes. Filter the tea using sieve, and pour it into a cup./Tambahkan empat cangkir air dan rebus selama dua puluh menit. Saring teh dengan menggunakan saringan, dan tuangkan ke dalam cangkir.

Serve the hot tea, add the lemon slice and fresh mint leaves to the cup before drinking it./Sajikan teh panas, tambahkan irisan lemon dan daun mint segar ke dalam cangkir sebelum meminumnya.
