Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gmspinach
  • 1small potato
  • 1radish
  • 1medium brinjal
  • 2-3beans
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 2 tbspdry roast moong dal
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tsp panchporan
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • 1/2 tspsugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut spinach and all vegetables

    Heat oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Add pachforon, spinach and all vegetables

    Add salt, turmeric powder and half tsp sugar

  5. 5

    At the last step add roasted moong dal and green chili

  6. 6

    When the water of the vegetables became dry, serve it with your rice or roti.
