Can be used a a sauce you pour over your favorite enchiladas or as a base for other Mexican foods.

In a small bowl mix flour, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and cayenne pepper.

Heat oil in sauce pan. When hot, whisk in the spice mix. Cook for about 2 minutes continuing to whisk the entire time.

Add tomato paste to pan and cook 1 minute while whisking.

Continuing to whisk while adding the broth slowly.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

It is now ready to use in your favorite recipe.
