Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1 sticklemon grass
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 2small chillis (less if you aren’t a fan of the heat)
  • Large handful of Coriander (including stalks)
  • 2.5cms ginger
  • 2shallots
  • Zest and juice of a lime

    Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little water to loosen the mixture if needed.
