Cooking Instructions

Separate the seeds from dates and in a bubbling boil water soak these dates for half an hour.

In a blender jar add oil, eggs and sugar and blend it to form a smooth mixture.

In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients and gradually add the oil mixture in flour with cut and fold method. Add almond essence if you like.

Now add dates mixture in a beater and mix well. Make sure the dates become cool down completely and add it along with water. Add roughly crushed walnuts and mix well.

Now pour the mixture in a mold and bake in a preheated oven on 180° for 35 to 40 mints. Tasty dates walnuts cake is ready to serve.

So, I made orange syrup and poured it on top, I thought the syrup would make the cake moist.
