Thick Chocolate Orange Breakfast Smoothie 🍊

For most breakfasts at the moment I have a protein shake with ingredients added to help make it filling. I don’t particularly like bananas these days so my tip for making a thick cold shake is frozen avocado. You can’t taste it and it really works. Plus this and the olive oil adds healthy fat to the drink to make it more satiating.

Steps
- 1
Mix the ingredients in a blender. Blend for longer than usual as the avocado chunks take some blitzing and it’s not nice to get a chunk of it on your drink!!
- 2
I use a coffee stencil to make the star on the top with cocoa powder. You can get them from Amazon and I believe some coffee shops sell them too (mine used to be my Dads so I’m not sure where he got his from).
