Ingredients

  1. Half bowl soaked moong dal
  2. 2green onions ,chopped
  3. 2 tspveggie mixture filling(optional)
  4. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  5. 1/4th tsp salt
  6. 1green chilli
  7. Pinchred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind dal,green chilli to a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Add chopped spring onions to the batter with pinch of red chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Pour the batter on tawa spreading evenly. Put veggie mixture in the centre and more of spring onions on top. Pour some ghee on the sides of batter.

    We can add potato mixture in the same batter with a dash of amul butter😜

    Roll it when it turns crunchy.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce of your choice..enjoy your mid day meal snack!
