Wash Arabi and potatoes then boil it in cooker. Peel them

Now take 1 pan add oil in it keep it on medium flame. when oil heated. Fry arbi and potatoes adding salt till it turns golden brown

Now press Arabi again and fry it again.

After frying drain oil in one vessel and add fried Arabi and potatoes then add all masale

Mix it well aloo kachalu is ready to serve.
