  • 1.5 cups moong sprouts
  • 1beetroot julienne cut
  • 1carrot in julienne cut
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First in pan heat ghee add moong sprouts saute for 2 to 3 minutes, turn off flame.

    Add beetroot and carrot,add chaat masala, black salt,black pepper powder and mix it well.
