In pan add clarified butter heat it. When it's get heated add besan and Cardamom seeds roast till nice aroma coming out or besan become lightly brown in colour.

Now add little by little milk in it and mix well. Then add haldi powder mix well. Stir continuously.

After that add jaggery in it cook till jaggery dissolve. Mix well cook till milk boiling.

Take out it in glass add some chopped dry fruits. Serve hot.
