Egg is a universal ingredient to cook the simplest yet tastiest breakfast and I did that today morning. The idea was to make the breakfast a little creative and I did that too

Ingredients of egg, brown bread and cookie cutter

Place the cookie cutter in the centre of the bread to get the shape. Keep the centre aside and you may have it the way you would like.

Bring the pan to heat and heat 1 Tbsp oil. Place the bread on the oil and keep the flame low.

Break the egg gently into the inside of the bread and continue to keep the flame on low heat.

Once the egg is set, set aside and make the next one.

Garnish with chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and sprinkle black pepper and salt. Enjoy a healthy eggzellent breakfast
