Mix the gram flour I.e besan with water add salt add paste of garlic chilli also add turmeric powder cumin seed and black pepper powder.make thick batter

Now wash coriander leaf and chopped in small ps coriander leaf mix with thick besan batter.

Now take a pan add cooking oil in it and heat it Now make shape as per your choice for besan and dhaniya pakode
- 4
Add pakode in hot oil cook it on slow flame until it cook. Now serve with tomato sauce or chutney or with roti.
