Sarson ka Saag with Besan ki Roti

Wash sarson properly and boil it in pressure cooker for a whistle then grind it in mixie.

Put oil in cooker add some cumin seeds and red chilli then add garlic, ginger and green chilli, crackle then add chopped onion, cook for a minute then add chopped chopped tomato, cook for two minutes then add other spices, cook for two three minutes and then add sarson, put salt and cook for five minutes, add curd and cook it for ten minutes on slow flame.

For Besan ki roti, knead a dough add some salt, green chilli, and coriander leaves and roll it round.put tawa on flame and make it

Now your sarson ka saag and besan ki roti is ready serve it hot and put some butter also to increase the taste. I made Baigan ka Bhurta also, the recipe I have already given in my earlier post.
