A simple dish quite common in some parts of India..
Steps

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

Add sliced onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Now add washed veggies, stir fry it until light brown.

Add diluted ginger garlic paste, stir it again.

Add salt & haldi powder, sauté it for a while.

Now add dhania powder, sprinkle some water, mix it well.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till veggies turn tender.

Open the lid, add green chilli, give a gentle stir.

Cover it for a minute.

Open the lid now, increase the flame, stir fry it very gently for a while.

Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with Roti or Paratha.
