Ingredients

40-50 minutes
3 persons
  • 250 gmfresh parwal, cut into halves lengthwise,
  • 2-3 aloo, peeled & cut into 4 pcs lengthwise,
  • 3 tbspmustard oil,
  • 1 med sized onion sliced,
  • 1 tsp garlic paste diluted,
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste diluted,
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder,
  • 1 tsp dhania powder,
  • 4-5green chilli cut into halves lengthwise,
  • to taste,salt

Steps

40-50 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

  2. 2

    Add sliced onion, stir fry it until light brown.

  3. 3

    Now add washed veggies, stir fry it until light brown.

  4. 4

    Add diluted ginger garlic paste, stir it again.

  5. 5

    Add salt & haldi powder, sauté it for a while.

  6. 6

    Now add dhania powder, sprinkle some water, mix it well.

  7. 7

    Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till veggies turn tender.

  8. 8

    Open the lid, add green chilli, give a gentle stir.

  9. 9

    Cover it for a minute.

  10. 10

    Open the lid now, increase the flame, stir fry it very gently for a while.

  11. 11

    Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

  12. 12

    Have it with Roti or Paratha.
