Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaize flour
  • To taste salt
  • As neededghee
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maize flour flour add salt and water knead soft dough.

  2. 2

    Take a ball of dough, roll it in your hand, and cook on hot tawa.

  3. 3

    Apply ghee both sides.

  4. 4

    Cook till crispy both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve it with sarso saag or curd or raita.
