Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 tbspinstant coffee
  • 3 tbspcaster sugar
  • 2 tbsphot milk
  • 3 cupsboiled hot milk

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add coffee, sugar and 2 tbsp of hot milk

  2. 2

    Beat it vigorously with a spoon for at least 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    It would turn very very pale brown

  4. 4

    Add 1 tbsp of coffee mixture in 1 cup

  5. 5

    Splash hot milk on it from a height.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some coffe powder on top

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
