Ingredients

2 cupstuna or lobster meat
2 tablespoonsbutter
2medium-sized truffles,diced
3egg yolks
Small glass Madeira wine
1/2 pintcream
to taste Salt
Red pepper to taste
to taste Paprika

Steps

Cook truffles,butter and seasoning about 5 minutes. Add wine,cook 2 to 3 minutes,add beaten egg yolks,cream,stir slowly over low fire. Stir in lobster or tuna fish. Serve very hot,add paprika.
