Clean and wash the green chilli, cut in the side, and remove the seeds.

Take a pan and in low medium flame dry roast Besan until nice aroma.

Let it cool down on a plate.

Once cool add all dry masala and jaggery powder and oil.

Fill in the cut chilli.

Take a pan heat the oil.

Add cumin mustard seeds and a pinch of hing.

Once crackle adds the chilli and in low medium heat soft cook the chilli.

Your stuffed green chili is ready to enjoy.
