Ingredients

2-4 people
  • 1 lbStew Meat (you can also use Chuck Roast or Hamburger Meat)
  • 1Carrot
  • 1 HeadCabbage
  • 1Onion
  • Potatoes (I use Idaho and use as many as you want - I usually use 4-5 depending on size)
  • V8 Juice
  • Tomato Juice (I usually use 2 cans of tomato to 1 can of v8 juice)
  • Canned Diced Tomatoes

Steps

    Brown meat in skillet

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook in slow cooker for desired time (6-10hrs)
