4 CupsSemovita
2 tbspYeast
4 CupsWater
6 tbspSugar
Salt 1tsp /taste
Vegetable oil

Steps

Mix the dry ingredients together and add 2 cups of water mix it, cover it in a warm place untill double in size.

Then uncover it, remix it well add the remaining 2cups of water and stir.

Drizzle oil to the masa pan, pour your pastry to the pan flip over until its done. Enjoy
