In a mixing bowl, add 320 grams onions, 2 teaspoons salt and mix well.

Rest 10 minutes.

Add 160 grams gram flour, 1 tablespoon green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons chaat masala and mix it well to combine.

Add 100 milliliters water and mix well.

Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

Serve hot with ketchup.
