So, my body is somewhere in Kikuyuland but my stomach and appetite are in the Caribbean... Sipping coconut water as I dance to Jamaican reggae.....can we start cooking now?* everyone shouts yes*

Peel your bananas and rinse them in cold water.... In your sauce pan, put some water, add a little salt, dump in your bananas and the peas...let them boil

Once ready, drain any excess water.

To the mashing now, use a potato masher, mwiko(cooking wooden spoon), or a handmixer. A handmixer gave me the smoothest mash...add a little milk at this point if it feels a bit too hard

In a pan, saute your onions with a little butter(gives an amazing taste)...add your mash...cook till ready..

Saute your veggies with a little oil....for a few seconds

Once ready serve and enjoy
