In winter season, it's a super healthy n delicious recipe for breakfast. You can have it with curd n red garlic chili chutney. Dhebra is made using very less oil. It's soft n moist inside n super crunchy from outside...
Steps

Take flour n add all the masalas n other ingredients mentioned above.

Add fenugreek leaves n coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Adding little water at a time bind a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls. Now flatten each ball n spread sesame seeds n roll into a circular disc. Make all dhebra like this.

Now heat a tawa n roast properly appling oil each side. Flip n roast for 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve hot red chilli n garlic chutney. Enjoy the super healthy n delicious breakfast.
