First of all wash coriander leaves, green chillies and onion. Cut, add salt as required and grind in a mixer jar until a fine paste is formed.

Now take a bread slice. Spread the ready green chutney on it. Put the second bread slice over it and apply Tomato sauce on it. Cover it with another bread slice.

Prepare more such bread slices and keep it aside.

Further heat oil in a pan.

Take a vessel. Put gram flour and add salt and baking soda in it. Prepare the batter with a little thick consistency.

Now dip the bread slice in the batter completely and deep fry in the oil. Fry it on medium low flame. Remove and cut it from the middle.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
