Firstly gather all the required ingredients before preparing chutney

Now wash thoroughly 2-3 times coriander leaves and mint leaves

Now in a mixer jar add the following - mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, rock salt, normal salt, cumin powder and lemon juice. Now grind with out adding water.

Now add ice cubes and grind again to make a smooth puree.

Mint Coriander Chutney is ready to be served.
