Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprajgira
  2. 4 tbsghee
  3. 2 tspJaggery powder
  4. 4 tspJaggery syrup
  5. 1 pinchsoda
  6. 100 gmbadam/almonds
  7. 50 gmpistachio
  8. 100 gmcashew(kaju)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee and roast rajgira,keep aside.dry roast badam,kaju and pista,

    Add the dry fruits powder to the rajgira mix well.

    Now add jaggery powder and syrup,mix well, cook for sometime add a pinch of soda,spread it on a greased plate,cut when cooled
