In a pan add oil n onion golden brown honay tak fry kar lain then add boiled gosht n fry kar lain sath e ginger garlic paste aur tomatoes add kar dain aur achy se bhoon lain

Then add all the masalas except methi n pisa garam masala n add little bit water ke masalay na jalain n fry them with gosht

Now add matar n ALU n mix and fry them then add boiled palak n as required Pani so that ALU n matar gal jain then add kasoori methi tooo aur dam par charha dain for 15 min jab alu matar gal jain tu achay se sabzi ko bhoon lain akhir main Pisa garam masala add kar dain zabrdst sabzi ready hai.......
