In a pot add beef, salt and red chilli powder. Let it boil until full done.

In a pot add oil and onion. Fry until light pink.

Now add tomatoes and green chillies. Bhounify

Now add all the masala except for ajwain and salt.

Now add palak and let it cook until water fries out.

Now add beef and bhounify.

Now add cauliflower, salt, ajwain. Put on dum for until cauliflower is done.

Garnish with coriander, ginger and green chillies
