3/4 cupwater (about 200 ml)

Boil the water with the cinnamon stick, then add the instant coffee.

Whip or mix the whipped topping with the vanilla extract, and add a splash of the prepared coffee without letting it lose its thick consistency.

Dip the cookies in the coffee and layer them in a tray, alternating with a layer of whipped topping. Repeat the layers.

Finish with a layer of whipped topping and decorate as you like. Freeze for two hours, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
