All-purpose flour Veg momos /whole wheat flour paneer momos

Heat water in a pan till you see bubbles at the bottom of the pan.

Add salt and maida or wheat flour.

Mix it well till it comes together and now turns off the heat.

Take this down on the work surface and knead the dough for a few min till you get a nice rubbery ball.

Keep aside covered with a damp cotton cloth

Take one tsp oil in a pan heat it

Now add chopped ginger garlic and fry

Add chopped veggies salt pepper and cook till it is dry

Now add vinegar and soya sauce and cook for a while

Take this out on a plate and cool it down

Prepare the steamer by heating water and oil the plate keep it aside

Roll the dough really thin apply water to the edges with your finger tips

Now stuff it with the prepared mix and seal the momos

Steam it for ten to 14 min till it is nicely cooked

You can use some colours natural or artificial to make the dough.Here I have used haldi for whole wheat flour dough

I have also prepared paneer stuffing by using crumbled paneer and some ginger garlic vinegar soya salt pepper and red chilli flakes
