Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 6bread slices
  2. ForStuffing--
  3. 2boiled potatoes peeled and mashed
  4. 1 tbspboiled green peas
  5. 1 tbspgrated carrot
  6. 1-2green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspAmchur powder
  10. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  13. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  14. For slurry--
  15. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  16. 2 tbspcorn flour
  17. 1 Pinchsalt
  18. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  19. As requiredWater
  20. 1/4 cupRava for coating
  21. as requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all the ingredients of stuffing. Mix it well.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl add all the ingredients of slurry. Make little thick slurry.

  3. 3

    Take bread slice. Spread stuffing mixture. Cover it with another bread slice. Press it and cut it into pieces.

    Heat oil in a wok. Take a piece, dip it in slurry, coat with rava. Press it. Deep fry on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

    Cut it into small pieces. Serve hot with any sauce.
