Firstly boil the milk then add grated carrots and roast for sometime (20 min) stir continuously.

Once the carrots are cooked and mix with milk then add sugar mix it well. Then add khoya and almonds turn off the gas.also add ghee.

To prepare the shots first fill the carrot halwa and add some khoya and chopped almonds.

The glass of the prepared shots can be decorated and served in this way...
