Take a big bowl add flour, salt and ghee. Mix it. Now gradually add water and make soft dough. Keep aside.

Grate the jaggery.

Crush fennel seeds and mix it in jaggery.

Take small portion of chapati dough, make two puri sized circle
- 5
Spread some jaggery mixture, cover it with another Roti and roll it out.

Heat tawa. Cook the paratha till golden on both sides in ghee.

Serve hot.
