Boil the beef in salt until tender. Add oil to brown the beef.

Add sliced onion and diced capsicum and fry until onions are golden brown.

Add the tomato puree and let it cook for a while. Chilli may be added to enhance taste.

Sprinkle dhania, stir and serve hot.
