Ingredients

  1. 1medium-sized sweet potato
  2. 1good dash of pumpkin pie spice
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. 1-2 tablespoonsagave syrup
  5. 1 tablespoonchopped pecans
  6. coconut oil and additional pumpkin pie spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash sweet potato and slightly cut down lengthwise of the potato and lightly coat the sweet potato with coconut oil and lightly dust with pumpkin pie spice and wrap sweet potato in a paper towel and cook for about 5 minutes on high

  2. 2

    Let cool and then open up your sweet potato and mix in butter pumpkin pie spice and pecans and drizzle on agave syrup
