  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tsptea powder
  • 1jaggery
  • 1cardamom powder
  • 1 tspcloves powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspginger

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water, add jaggery, add ginger.

    Add cardamom, add cloves, add black pepper, add milk.

    Mix it well and tea powder boil for 4-5 min. On low flame. Switch off the gas.

    Filter out the tea powder and spices with a fine-mash sieve. Jaggery Masala chai is ready.
