This was my first cooking in my susraal after my marriage. Tradition in Pakistan kay bahu ka hath meethey mein dalwao, like cook something for in-laws. Alhumdulilah I did it with lots of appreciations and gift from saas😜so im sharing it with you.

Heat milk in a wok.

Add grated carrots into milk, stir it well for 5mins.

Now add crushed rice and stir it on medium heat. Add cardamom then keep stirring until the milk become thick.

Now add sugar in it, cook it for 10 mins more. Now add cream and stir it. When it bubbles off the flame and add some drops of kewra water.

Pour into bowl and garnish it with almonds.
