Ingredients

2 people

2 cuprajgire flour
1potato boiled and mashed
to taste Rock salt
as neededGhee/ oil for fry

Rajgira flour, rock salt, boiled potatoes, coriander mix them all together.

Now by adding little water make a dough of it and cover it and leave it for 10 min aside.

Then after 10 min make puri of the dough and deep fry it in ghee or oil.

Serve with coriander chutney or potato curry.
