Boiled basmati rice with whole spices and jeera.

In a big vessel take ghee and oil, add whole spices. Now add onion cook till it is translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook for 2 mins.

Now add soya wadi and dry masala powder, coriander, and salt cook for 5 mins.

Now add rice layers above Kesar milk, mint leaves, fried onions and coriander leaves.

Now give dum for 10 me bites on slow flame.

Now it's ready to serve.
