Cream of Spinach Soup
Steps

First blanch spinach in hot water then dip in ice-cold water.

Add spinach chili ginger & garlic to the mixer jar & make a smooth paste.

Heat butter in a pan adds wheat flour roast for 2 mins.

Add chilled milk and mix. make sure that lumps should not be formed.

Add salt and pepper powder.

Then add purée to it and mix well.

Add malai/cream to it and cook for 3-4mins.

Serve in a bowl garnish with cream and chilli flakes.. serve hot.
