Ingredients

  • 1small bunch Spinach
  • 1chilli
  • 1small pc ginger
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic (optional)
  • 1 tspwheat flour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspmilk cream(malai)
  • As per tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspcream for garnishing
  • fewchilli flakes for garnishing
  • 1 tspbutter

  1. 1

    First blanch spinach in hot water then dip in ice-cold water.

    Add spinach chili ginger & garlic to the mixer jar & make a smooth paste.

    Heat butter in a pan adds wheat flour roast for 2 mins.

    Add chilled milk and mix. make sure that lumps should not be formed.

    Add salt and pepper powder.

    Then add purée to it and mix well.

    Add malai/cream to it and cook for 3-4mins.

    Serve in a bowl garnish with cream and chilli flakes.. serve hot.
