Potato and Wiener Sausage Curry Soup

Bread, muffins, and scones take about 20 minutes to bake. You can make this while baking; this is my second recipe in a series of soup meals.
My family always uses medium-spicy curry without salt and pepper, but you can also use sweet curry, and adjust the flavor to your liking. Recipe by caramel-cookie

Steps
- 1
Peel the potatoes cutting them into 1 cm cubes, soak them in water for more than 5 minutes, and drain. Cut the sausages into 1cm circular pieces.
- 2
Warm oil in a pot, add the sausages and potatoes, and fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- 3
Add 200 ml of water at high heat, and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat after bringing it to a boil, and simmer it covered with a lid for another 3-4 minutes.
- 4
Add the curry roux once the potatoes have mostly softened, and stir lightly until it dissolves.
- 5
Add milk stirring occasionally, and heat over a low medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste, and turn off the heat after bringing it to a simmer.
- 6
Serve into bowls.
